I simply walked in without an appointment to browse and explore the possibility of buying a new Rolex. However, I was greeted by a relatively older lady who seemed to just want to get me out of the door and didn't really want to entertain any of my questions. I asked specifically about the buying process for a GMT master II, and while I understand the current luxury watch situation, I wish she'd been a little nicer about it rather than making it obvious she wanted me out the door very quickly. This off-putting encounter left me feeling incredibly frustrated, and I felt I needed to leave a review and speak to customer service to express my disappointment.
